自製冰極芒果雪糕 I Homemade Mango Ice-cream

又甜又酸的芒果味
在悶熱的天氣從新注入新鮮、醒神感覺
A bite of ice cream filled with flesh mango, make me feel full of happiness,
Combined with sweet and sour, its a perfect refreshment in summer

材料 INGREDIENTS
- 2 個大芒果(1/2砌粒,1/2打蓉)
- 200ml 打發鮮奶油(whipping cream)
- 5-6茶匙 煉奶
如果想酸甜味道效果更濃, 可挑選一個生和一個熟的芒果
-Two mangoes (Cut one in small cubes and one blend as puree) -200 ml whipping cream -Condensed milk (5-6 teaspoons) If you want to have a strong flavor, you can choose a raw (sweet) and ripe mango (sour).

製作方法 STEP
製作方法:
1. 把芒果蓉加熱、慢煮去除空氣, 待用
2. 用打蛋器把奶油,打至軟忌廉狀見到有紋路出現
(雪凍的碗來承載保持奶油冰冷才發打, 較容易成功)
3. 加入煉奶 , 再發打混
4. 加入3/4芒果蓉及芒果粒 , 輕輕攪均
5. 放入玻璃盒內
6. 把剩下1/4芒果蓉𣺉在上面, 插入木筷子慢慢攪拌至看到條紋
7. 最後,放進冰箱最少6 -8小時
Steps:
1. Heat the mango puree and cook slowly to remove bubble
2. Use a egg whisk to whip the cream until soft and creamy
(Using a frozen bowl to hold the cream can easier to whip the cream)
3. Add condensed milk and mix it
4. Add 3/4 mango puree and mango cubes, mix up lightly
6. Put it in a glass box
7. Add the remaining 1/4 mango puree on top, and stir slowly until you see streaks pattern
8. Freeze it for at least 6 - 8 hours
